Posture

Francisco D Gomes
Correct posture is just as important as breathing properly. You can’t do one without applying the other; they go hand in hand. Correct body alignment allows the energy to  flow  uninterrupted throughout your body.

Follow these steps for correct body alignment:
1) your head is held up as if you are suspended from the ceiling
2) chin slightly tucked in
3) mouth  gently closed
4) tongue touching the roof of your mouth
5) shoulders relaxed downward
6) chest slightly concave
7) back straight
8) elbows  bent
9) knees slightly bent so  they always  feel  connected with the middle of the sole of your feet
10) feet  straight and bodyweight in middle of  the sole of your feet. Imagine that you’re feet are grounded to the center of the earth.
11) Inhale through your nose and put your mind on your Tan-Tien while repeating the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour lower abdominal breathing exercise . Your lower abdomen will expand in time. Exhale all of the air out of your nose and your lower abdomen  will contract.

Caution: DO NOT force your lower abdomen  to expand it will happen naturally in time.

The key here is that throughout the day, constantly  apply these postures while or while not exercising and while you are inhaling  repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong mantra silently to your self.

Please take note that after you practice your breathing and postures will become second nature, this is goal.
