Notes ![]() There is evidence that high exposure to diesel fuel exhaust (traffic areas) while or while not exercising will cause deficient supply of oxygen to the heart to cause Heart disease and stroke. Anyone with or without heart disease should exercise indoors only. Practice all of your lower abdominal deep breathing exercises and other exercises walking, running etc… indoors only, to be safe and help prevent heart disease. Keep your windows rolled up if you are caught in traffic if you don't have air conditioning and turn off your car air circulation coming from the outside. Do not breathe the gas fumes while you are pumping gas and a be aware of the quality of air you’re breathing. Very important: Add DULSE Seaweed to your diet. It’s a miracle plant that cleanses your lungs from toxins, pollution, mold, vog , sinus infections etc… issues . Chew up a small pinch (high in sodium and iodine) every morning and swallow it. It can be found in health food stores. When you inhale your stomach will expand. When you exhale your stomach will contract, do not hold your breath.. Do Not force this to happen it will happen naturally with practice. Drink at least 6-7 glasses of clean water a day. Be careful, drinking too much water will damage your Kidneys. Do not drink alcohol because it drains your life force. Francisco doesn’t encourage smoking cigarettes, but if you do, don’t smoke a half hour before exercising and wait a half hour after exercising to smoke. It’s best not to smoke at all. If you are tired all of the time and are drinking energy drinks to get energy immediately Stop drinking them. They can stress your kidneys even more and this will cause you more harm than good. Do Not breathe in through your mouth. Your mouth is for food, not breathing. Mouth breathing invites disease and takes years from your life. If you are a mouth breather and switch to nose breathing you could add as many as ten healthier years to your life. Don’t try too hard, let nature take its course, tomorrow you will be better at it than you were today and so on. *** Do not let anyone or anything distract you from being able to learn how to 24 hour lower abdominal deep breathe. *** If you ever get dizzy while exercising, immediately let all of the air out and begin to inhale and exhale again. *** After you practice for awhile, Saliva will begin to build up in your mouth and you will all the sudden have an abundance of Saliva. This is excellent because you need this saliva to help cool down the fire in your lower Tan-Tien. The only catch is that you have to swallow the saliva properly to receive the benefits. First, wait for your mouth to get full of saliva, then Inhale. After you have fully inhaled swallow the saliva while your mind is on your Tan-Tien and exhale . The Comforter's World Ministry
