Life Don'ts
If
you are from a big city don't drink tap water because it has a drug
cocktail in it that's from all the prescription and illegal drugs
everyone urinated
into the water. The drugs were not taken out when they purifyed the
water to make it drinkable. Hawaii doesn't have this problem because
the toilet water is never reused for drinking.
*** Don't forget to wash your hands before you eat your meals because the bacteria out there will cause you all kind of health problems that can be avoided if you wash your hands before you eat.
Do not drink Cola sodas or anything else that has high fructose corn syrup in it because it causes kidney problems and is the cause of the rise in Diabetes.
Do not drink anything diet because they have aspertain in it, a biological chemical that was designed to kill people but it taste sweet so it is used as a sweetener. Drinking diet products takes away your memory and cause cancer.
Do not smoke cigarettes, pipe tobacco or cigars because they cause lung/throat cancer. If you do wait a half hour before you do your exercises and wait a half hour afterwards before smoking.
Do not drink from a plastic bottle all of the time because it can give you cancer in 20 years if you drink from it all of the time, drink all of your liquids from glass products only.
Do not drink from aluminum cans or use aluminum pots and pans to cook with because aluminum has been linked to alztimers. It's best to cook with cast iron.
Don't drink alcohol because it drains your energy away. If you are going to drink then eat plenty of beans like the Mexicans to counteract the sugar.
Do not do any designer drugs (crack, crystal meth, oxy cotton) because they are dangerous and designed to make you think your smart, make you steal, make you violent, make you kill others, commit suicide and take your mind out, this is not the 70's.
Do not use white sugar for anything use honey or raw sugar instead.
Do not eat fish if you are pregnant to help avoid Autism.
