Holy BreathSpiritual Qigong

You are now inhaling and exhaling 15-20 times per minute (hyperventilating). Repeating the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra will teach you how to inhale and exhale 3-4 times per minute once you  are able to breathe like a child. You will be able to bring in 7 times more oxygen into your blood stream than you are able to bring in now to increases your blood oxygen level to strengthen your heart and energy circulation. This will also slow down the deterioration of your lungs as you age., your nervous system will relax, your heart beat will slow down, your blood pressure will decrease, your energy will increase, your aging will also slow down and your intuition will increase as your Spirit awakens to a higher level of consciousness.

On 9/2/11 Francisco found a way to allow his successful students that want to help spread his  Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra teachings to others. They will only be able to perform the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra in public only if they are in compliance with the Creative Commons License (no commercial, private monetary gain and only use my writings to teach with) below and only use the material that is on this Five Tan Tiens 24 hour lower abdominal breathing exercise on line instruction website to teach with.


A $300 penalty has been created by Francisco for anyone that teaches his Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra instructions with a commercial advantage or private monetary compensation without being certified by Francisco to do so.  The $300 penalty is per incident for anyone they teach the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra instructions to and anyone they teach the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra instructions to and so on.



***You cannot learn or teach The Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra technique if you are Pregnant but you can learn and teach once you have your child.


Basically anyone can successfully teach the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra instructions to others if they are able to breathe like a child themselves as long as there is no commercial advantage or private monetary compensation on your part or if your rights have not been terminated due to any breach of the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra Creative Commons license.

After all these years of teaching the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra so others can learn how to breathe like a child I come to realize that I have passed on the ability for my successful students to teach the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra to others with success once they are able to breathe like a child themselves. Over 50% of my successful students had something wrong with their health and the rest of wanted to reach a higher level of consciousness (enlightenment). They gave it their best and they accomplished their goals because they had a good enough reason to dedicate themselves to repeating the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra through the day. The students that weren’t  successful in learning how to breathe like a child didn’t have a good enough reason to dedicate themselves to repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra through the day.

It takes 30 days of didicated practive of the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra to be able to breathe like a child.


I decided to use the Creative Commons License so my successful students that are able to breathe like a child can help me teach others to learn how to breathe like a child if they are called to do so without infringing on my copyright.

The Creative Commons License does not stop others that do not know how to breathe like a child from trying to teach others but it can give them the good enough reason to want to dedicate themselves to repeating the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra through the day so they can help others once they learn how to breathe like a child.

I believe that more people will learn how to breathe like a child because of my decision of allowing them to help me teach the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra to others.

I had a vision that one day everyone in the world will Tan Tien Breathe like a child once again!

Posture

Correct posture is just as important as breathing properly. You can’t do one without applying the other; they go hand in hand. Correct body alignment allows the energy to  flow  uninterrupted throughout your body.

Follow these steps for correct body alignment as you stand with your feet shoulder width apart:

1) your head is held up as if you are suspended from the ceiling
2) chin slightly tucked in   
3) mouth  gently closed  
4) tongue touching the roof of your mouth   
5) shoulders relaxed downward  
6) chest slightly concave  
7) back straight  
8) elbows  bent
9) knees slightly bent so  they always  feel  connected with the middle of the sole of your feet   
10) feet  straight and body weight in middle of  the sole of your feet. Imagine that you're feet are grounded to the center of the earth.
11) apply correct postures while or while not exercising




Tan-Tien


There are 3 Tan-Tiens: the lower Tan-Tien,  known as the furnace, is located 1.3 inches below the navel and a third inside your body, directly in line with the middle of  the top of your head. The middle Tan-Tien is located in the diaphragm and the upper Tan-Tien is located in the middle of the brain, it is called the third eye, your Spiritual center. The 3 Tan-Tiens are all connected.


Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and continue to apply correct postures. Put the palm of your right hand over the back part of the left hand and place them 1.3 inches below your navel. (women will put their left palm over the back of the right hand).



Close your eyes and keep your mind on your lower Tan Tien by keeping your mind where your hands are located as you begin to repeat the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra silently to your self, Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 and then exhale all the air out. Keep on repeating the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra as you inhale for 9 minutes or longer. One day your  lower abdominal will expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale but do not force this to happen.

Once you are done with your practice
I want you Continue to repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra silently to your self as you inhale for as many times as you can throughout the rest of the day and evening, during any activity, watching TV, walking or whatever you are doing at the time but  ***pay special attention to what is going on around you  when you are driving or operating machinery.

Tomorrow morning you are to put your Mind on your Tan-Tien and begin to  repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra,  Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self as soon as you wake up and take your first conscious breath. Get up use the bathroom, get a drink of water to get your metabolism going. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and apply correct postures. Put the palm of your right hand over the back part of the left hand and place them 1.3 inches below your navel. (women will put their left palm over the back of the right hand). Repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra ,  Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self for 9 minutes or longer.


Continue to repeat the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra silently to your self after your practice for as many times as you can throughout the rest of the day and evening, during any activity, watching TV, walking or whatever you are doing at the time but  ***pay special attention to what is going on around you  when you are driving or operating machinery. Do a 9 minute practice or longer in the evening.

Take a 15 minute walk after your practice as you continue to repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra with your Mind on your lower Tan Tien as you inhale while you are walking. You can use a treadmill indoors or you can walk amongst trees only. Stay away from walking in high traffics areas because it has been medically proven that diesel exhaust fumes is the cause of the increase in heart attacks and strokes world wide for the last 8 1/2 years. When you practice on your own remember to tell your self to relax before you silently count the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra and to tell yourself to relax before you exhale.

******* Holy Breath Relaxation technique: When obstacles arise in your world that stresses you out (make you upset) Francisco wants you take the time to immediately tell your self to relax and count the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self as you inhale and then exhale. You are to do this for as many times as needed to stay calm. Do this every time obstacles arise and one day second nature will take over,  you will automatically relax instead of getting stressed out.

*** There will come a time that you will have to choose 24 hour Lower Abdominal breathing over chest breathing. Once this happens and you choose lower Abdominal breathing you will lower Abdominal breathe 24 hours a day for the rest of your life. Once you are able to breathe like a child it will just be a matter of time before you receive The Seal of The Living God.

***Remember to always keep the tip of your tongue relaxed on your upper palate when you are exercising, when you are not talking or eating. Francisco sleeps with his tongue there. This connects your front and back energy channels so that your energy can circulate through out you body unhindered.

***Stop practicing any exercise immediately that requires you to hold your breath until you are able to 24 hour abdominal breathe (breathe like child)***. If you practice Yoga or any other exercise you can exhale while going down and inhale while coming back up but do not hold your breath or Yoga postures as you normally would. *** If you Hold your breath and break the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise Tan Tien mind connection and you will throw your breathing rhythm off balance *** If you coordinate breathing with your movements your health will excel.

Very important: Add DULSE Seaweed to your diet. Its a miracle plant that cleanses your entire Respiratory System  from toxins, pollution, mold, vog , sinus infections, chest colds etc.… issues. Chew up a  small pinch (caution: high in sodium and iodine) every morning and swallow it. Francisco uses 7 drops of liquid dulse in water. It can be found in health food stores.


*** If you are not doing so already get in the habit of silently praising God our Father ( also known as El Elyon/Catholic, Atman/Buddhism, Vishnu/Hindu, Jah/Hebrew, Deus/Portuguese and Dios/Spanish) through out your day by thanking him for everything that goes on throughout your day, ask God our Father for guidance, listen to your inner voice so you can reach your highest potential.
