Grounding Exercise

It is very important for you to be grounded all of the time. Close your eyes while you are standing and apply correct postures. Inhale and imagine that the energy is coming up from the middle of the souls of each foot up to your Tan Tien  from the middle of the planet. Then exhale and imagine the energy going right back down each leg to your middle of the souls of your feet to the center of earth. With slightly bent knees, feel yourself grounded. In time you will develop roots and you will be grounded all of the time.

Memory loss (air head) is caused to not being grounded
