You always here the term Mind, Body and Spirit used loosly but what does it really mean?

The average person reads a book, plays chess etc.. to exercise their Mind, they do physical exercises to exercise their Body and they do some form of religious practice. Without realizing it they seperate the Mind, Body and Spirit by exercising them seperately.

When you coordinate each Qigong posture while inhaling and silently repeating the the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong Mantra to your self you learn how to  use your Mind to direct everything. This simple act will exercise your Mind, Breath (Spirit) and Body as one when you are able to breathe like a child and the breath is as natural as the postures.  With dedicated practice you will reach Mind, Body & Spirit Unity.

The Flowing Technique

The flowing technique is a self-healing technique that provides all the disease fighting benefits of vigorous exercise with less possible joint and muscle injury. 



Inhale when you come up - exhale when you move down.

Inhale when you come up and exhale when you push out.

Inhale when you come back in and exhale when you push out.

The Universal Exercise is the First exercise and it takes about 5-7 minutes to do. When done correctly it opens ...up all of your energy channels, increases your energy and prepares your body for exercise. You can do it for as many times as you like throught out your day to give your self a boost of energy when ever it is needed.

The Taoist Yoga warm-up exercises takes about 10-20 minutes to do at 9-12 each. The movements are coordinated with lower abdominal breathing. Francisco has been doing these warm-up exercises since 1981. The joint exercises will lubricate your joints so the energy can travel smoothly through your body all of the time. The stretches loosen you up.

Eight Golden Treasures also known as Eight Brocade was created by Marshal Yue Fei during the Southern Song dynasty to improve his soldiers health. It takes about 20-30 minutes to do at 9-12 each. It is one of the only two Medical Qigong sets that is available. It is said that if you have time to do only one set of exercises in your life then it would be Eight Golden Treasures. It is a simple set of exercises that can be practiced by anyone, the young, sick, old or healthy.

There are hundreds of versions of this Eight Golden Treasures (Eight Brocade) set. This version of Eight Golden Treasures is taught by combining it with Francisco's Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong M
antra with each movement to help you learn how to breathe like a child and to safely intensify the healing process by many folds once you do know how to breathe like a child.

5 Elements takes about 5-7 minutes to do, depending on how long you hold your breath in between each exercise. When it is done correctly it erases all of the stress that was put on your body while exercising so you can totally benefit from your exercises. It can be repeated for as many times as you want after any exercise routine.
